Message	What about filing a provisional patent to give at least 12 months with the patent pending notation. I am not entirely sure if once you file for the provisional that you must continue to the full nonprovisional filing, but might give you 12 months lead time before copies are released. Just a thought, but don't know the patent system all that well, yet anyway.
